Sunday Performance Swim 7:00-8:15am and Improvement Swim (beginning January 7th)

Tuesday and Thursdays - YMCA of Regina Downtown (2400 13th Ave)

Sunday Lawson Aquatic Centre

Dates: 

Tuesdays and Thursdays - January 9th - April 26th (13 sessions each for Tuesday/Thursday)

 - no sessions Feb 20th and 22nd, March 27th and 29th. April 3rd and 5th

Sunday - January 7-March 18th (9 Sessions each) 

-no sessions January 21st and 28th

Are you a triathlete who wants to swim faster?  This program help develop your swim speed for triathlon swimming -form and speed endurance - as well as developing triathlon specific swimming skills to improve your swimming and ensure you are race ready! 

Triathlon Performance Swimming (Tuesdays+Thursdays-Cost $200/15 sessions, Sunday 7-8:15am $110/9 sessions)

This course is for athletes who want to perform competitively in triathlons.  Athletes plan to compete in triathlons ranging from sprint to Ironman distance.  Athletes can expect workouts ranging between 1800m and 2500m in 60 minutes.

Triathlon Improvement Swimming (Sundays 8:15-9:15am- Cost $90/9 sessions)

This course is for people who can swim without fear, but know they have room for improvement.   People in this class can swim 300m with their face in the water, and are looking to improve their speed, technique, and endurance.  Swimmers have the goal of completing sprint or Olympic distance triathlons in 2017 and can expect workouts ranging between 1300m to 2000m in 60 minutes.

No refunds/transfers/make-ups will be given once you pay your fee’s, regardless of any circumstances. Must be a valid STAC member

If you have not filled out forms for 2018 Please read! You will be required to fill out a Liability Consent form and Health Screen Questions. No forms=no participation! If you answer YES to any question on the PAR-Q you must let your coach know before beginning the 1st session. If you are Pregnant, you must take the PAR-PREGNANCY form to your doctor and have them fill it out and sign it. Please let me know in advance if you will have to do this.
