Want to take your running to the next level? This clinic is for you!

These 3 sessions (3 x 1 hour 15 mins of clinic time) will teach you how to run more efficiently and with less effort, with correct posture, and alignment, and with more focus.  This is for ALL levels of runners.  These fundamentals are understood and accepted as being essential for any distance and speed of running as well as any sport, age group, and gender.

If you are registered to run in the QCM this year this clinic will help every aspect of your preparation. 

The principles of any endurance event are based on energy efficiency, proper form, and appropriate volume and intensity of training for your fitness level and goals.  By aligning your body in a forward direction, engaging a strong core, and then relaxing, running becomes effortless.

 We cover:

  • running efficiently and relaxed
  • pacing
  • cadence
  • proper warm up and warm down
  • strengthening
  • hills
  • nutrition  
  • core engagement
  • breathing
  • video analysis of your technique
  • Training and racing strategies to perform well and stay healthy
