Learn the techniques and tricks to make your next bike to run transition in a triathlon feel smooth and effortless. You receive excellent bike to run specific training for triathlon combined into a powerful 2 hour session. No need to dread running after the bike. Get after it!
We will incorporate chase and relay style formats to help you practice your transition skills while assessing your fitness progress as we move through the program.
What you need: Bike, Indoor trainer, bike shoes (if you have them), towel, running shoes (with speed/bungee laces to make putting on easier), water bottles. Your awesome energy for a great training session!
NOTE: In order to provide each athlete with the required attention registration is limited to 20. Therefore, register quickly to ensure your spot!
No refunds/transfers/make-ups will be given once you pay your fee’s, regardless of any circumstances.
If you have not filled out forms for 2017 Please read! You will be required to fill out a Liability Consent form and parq. No forms=no participation! If you answer YES to any question on the PAR-Q you must take the PARQ-PLUS/PAR-MEDX form to your doctor and have them fill it out and sign it. If you are Pregnant, you must take the PAR-PREGNANCY form to your doctor and have them fill it out and sign it. Please let me know in advance if you will have to do this.
