Ironman Prep Session
Where: Special Location about 1 hour from Regina
Dates: June 24th/17
These will be fully supported long rides with a run following to gear up for an ironman. The session will range in length from 6-7 hours. The purpose will be to get in 150-180km of riding followed by a 45-60min run so you can practice your fueling and pacing for your upcoming Ironman. You will be given prepatory information from Coach Patrick on planning, pacing, and nutrition to make sure you get the most out of each session.
NOTE: In order to provide each athlete with the required attention registration is limited to 15.Therefore, register quickly to ensure your spot!
You must be a valid STAC member to register. All prices include GST.

In event of extreme weather such as lightening or hail, extreme humidity, snow storm, very cold weather and/or coach illness/or conflict, class will be rescheduled. Coach will notify you by text/email. Make up day and time is at coach’s discretion. There will be no credits or refunds if classes have to be changed or shortened in extreme weather for any reason.
Must have at least 10 people confirmed to run the session. No refunds/transfers/make-ups will be given once you pay your fee’s, regardless of any circumstances.
If you have not filled out forms for 2017 Please read! You will be required to fill out a Liability Consent form and parq. No forms=no participation! If you answer YES to any question on the PAR-Q you must take the PARQ-PLUS/PAR-MEDX form to your doctor and have them fill it out and sign it. If you are Pregnant, you must take the PAR-PREGNANCY form to your doctor and have them fill it out and sign it. Please let me know in advance if you will have to do this.
