Strength and Mobility Training - BE STRONG. Move well. Perform better.
This session is specifically designed to develop your strength, range of motion, and stability using strength and functional movements using Foundation Training and Mov Nat principles to help improve your strength, movement, and performance! Posture, lifting, balancing, flexibility, and stability will be emphasized at every session.
Every session you will be given a movement of the week to practice to help build your strength and movement skill while away from our training time together.
This is real strength and movement to help you perform in the real world.
When: 2 weekly sessions to choose from April 10-August 17th.
Monday 6:15-7:15pm (14 sessions) - no sessions May 1st, May 29th, June 5th, July 3rd, July 31st 2017
NOTE: May sessions will be held on Sundays April 23rd, May 7th, 14th, 21st from 2:15-3:15pm
Thursday 6:00am - 7:00am (16 sessions) - no sessions April 27th, June 1st, July 6th 2017

Must have at least 8 people confirmed to run the session
No refunds/transfers/make-ups will be given once you pay your fee’s, regardless of any circumstances.
If you have not filled out forms for 2017 Please read! You will be required to fill out a Liability Consent form and parq. No forms=no participation! If you answer YES to any question on the PAR-Q you must take the PARQ-PLUS/PAR-MEDX form to your doctor and have them fill it out and sign it. If you are Pregnant, you must take the PAR-PREGNANCY form to your doctor and have them fill it out and sign it. Please let me know in advance if you will have to do this.
