This 2 day clinic (2 x 1hr 15min sessions) will teach you how to run more efficiently and with less effort, with correct posture, and alignment, and with more focus. This is for ALL levels of runners. These fundamentals are understood and accepted as being essential for any distance and speed of running as well as any sport, age group, and gender.
The principles of any endurance event are based on energy efficiency, proper biomechanics, and appropriate volume and intensity of training for your fitness level and goals. By aligning your body in a forward direction, engaging a strong core, and then relaxing, running becomes effortless.
We cover these important topics to help you:
- posture, head to toe
- the best type of training to focus on based on your race goal
- running efficiently and relaxed
- proper warm up and warm down
- strength and mobility
- injury prevention
- race day planning and nutrition for performance webinars
- core engagement
- video analysis of your technique
- Training and racing strategies to perform well and stay healthy
