These training sessions will focus on developing your speed endurance and strength. This will be done through the development of functional running strength, flexibility, drills, and intervals to help you sustain a faster pace over a longer distance. Your running speed will be developed with your current level of fitness in mind. Each athlete will be given specific pacing targets for each set of intervals you complete so you will always be working at an intensity suitable for your abilities.
NOTE: In order to provide each athlete with the required attention registration is limited to 20. Therefore, register quickly to ensure your spot!
