Triathlon Swim Program - Spring/Summer 2017!
When: Tuesday and Thursday 7:30-8:30pm, Sundays (Beginning May 7th) 7-8:30am
Where: YMCA of Regina Downtown (2400 13th Ave)
Dates: April 11th-August 17th - no sessions April 27th, May 2nd, May 28th, 30rd, June 1st, June 4th, June 18th, July 4th, July 6th.

Are you a triathlete who wants to swim faster? This program help develop your swim speed for triathlon swimming -form and speed endurance - as well as developing triathlon specific swimming skills to improve your swimming and ensure you are race ready!
Small group size to ensure coaching for you every session. You will receive a beginning, mid, end session video analysis to assess your stroke and receive feedback to help you improve your speed and efficiency in the water.

What this training is not:
This is not a learn to swim class. I recommend that all participants have completed at least one triathlon and can swim a minimum of 1500m in 60 minutes.
NOTE: In order to provide each athlete with the required attention registration is limited to 16. Therefore, register quickly to ensure your spot!
All prices include GST.

No refunds/transfers/make-ups will be given once you pay your fee’s, regardless of any circumstances.
If you have not filled out forms for 2017 Please read! You will be required to fill out a Liability Consent form and parq. No forms=no participation! If you answer YES to any question on the PAR-Q you must take the PARQ-PLUS/PAR-MEDX form to your doctor and have them fill it out and sign it. If you are Pregnant, you must take the PAR-PREGNANCY form to your doctor and have them fill it out and sign it. Please let me know in advance if you will have to do this.
