8:30-10:30am (GYM) - Running technique education and practice - applying the concepts of Chi Running to help make your running feel effortless.
10:45am -12:30pm Douglas Park Hill to learn techniques and strategies to run hills efficiently. Practice techniques with a running session. Question and answer with Charles.
PLEASE BRING APPROPRIATE CLOTHING FOR INDOOR/OUTDOOR RUNNING and HYDRATION/NUTRITION.
