These are the sessions that will help you perform your best this race season. Sharpen you fitness and form and be race ready!

Mobility and Strength Training

When: Monday and Thursday 6:00-7:00am

Where: Regina Field House

Run Strength and Speed - Evenings

When: Tuesday and Thursdays 6:00-7:15pm

Where: Candy Cane Park

Dates: March 29th - June 21st/16

When: Tuesday and Fridays 5:30-7:00am

Where: Douglas Park Track

Dates: April 5th - August 5th/16

Wednesday Bike Run Transition Training

When: Wednesday 6:30-8:00pm

Where: YMCA of Regina Downtown (2400 13th Ave)
