Strength and Mobility Training - BE STRONG. Move well. Perform better.
This session is specifically designed to develop your strength, range of motion, and stability using strength and functional movements using Foundation Training and Mov Nat principles to help improve your strength, movement, and performance! Posture, lifting, balancing, flexibility, and stability will be emphasized at every session.
Every session you will be given a movement of the week to practice to help build your strength and movement skill while away from our training time together.
This is real strength and movement to help you perform in the real world.
When: 3 weekly sessions to choose from May 1st-August 12th.
Tuesdays 6-7pm (13 sessions) - no sessions May 29, July 10th/2018
Thursday 6:00am - 7:00am (13 sessions) - no sessions May 30, July 12th/2018
Sundays 3:30-4:30pm (12 sessions) - no sessions June 3rd, July 1st, July 8th.

Coach Patrick Ash - Certified Level 1 Mov Nat and Foundation Training Instructor, CSEP CEP.
Limit 10 Participants per session
Cost: Tuesday/Thursday $195 or 3 payments of $68.00. Sunday $180 or 3 payments of $64.00.
All prices include GST.

No refunds/transfers/make-ups will be given once you pay your fee’s, regardless of any circumstances. Payment is due the first day of class. Accept Credit Card (Online), Paypal, Etransfer, Cash.
If you have not filled out forms for 2018 Please read! You will be required to fill out a consent form with GET ACTIVE questionairre (please check one of the boxes at end about participating) and bring it with you to the first class or scan it in advance if you will need clearance from your physician first. No forms=no participation! If you are Pregnant, you must take the PAR-PREGNANCY form to your doctor and have them fill it out and sign it. Please let me know in advance if you will have to do this.
