Run Speed and Form Training - Fall 2019
When: Tuesdays 5:45-6:50am
Where: Candy Cane Park/Fieldhouse
Dates: September 3*-December 18th (No session Oct 30th).
*The start will be on a Tuesday then will be on Wednesday after that time.

Please remember to bring water and a watch or some timing mechanism.
These training sessions will focus on developing mobility, form, strength, speed for efficient run technique. This will be done through the development of functional running strength, mobility, drills, and intervals to help you sustain great form throughout your run!
Warm up: 20 min Mobility prep, dynamic stretching, running strength and form drills, and strides
Main Set: 30min main set working on endurance, strength, and speed with great form.
Warm Down: 10 mins of strength/mobility/breath work
NOTE: In order to provide each athlete with the required attention registration is limited to 20. Therefore, register quickly to ensure your spot!

No refunds/transfers/make-ups will be given once you pay your fee’s, regardless of any circumstances.
If you have not filled out forms for 2019 Please read! You will be required to fill out a Liability Consent form and Health Screen Questions. No forms=no participation! If you answer YES to any question on the PAR-Q you must let your coach know before beginning the 1st session. If you are Pregnant, you must take the PAR-PREGNANCY form to your doctor and have them fill it out and sign it. Please let me know in advance if you will have to do this.
