Saturday Long Bike/Run
When: Saturdays 6:00-9:30am
Where: Location TBA - Generally roads around Regina area
Dates: May 5 - August 11/18 (12 sessions)
No Sessions June 2nd, June 30th, July 7th

This session will focus on developing bike strength endurance and skill. The rides are about 2-3hours in length followed by a run 15-20mins in length to practice running off the bike. There be a mix of race specific pacing efforts, time trials, and chase formats to mimic the racing environment. You will receive excellent bike and run specific training for triathlon combined into a powerful session.
Requirements for all sessions: Your own bike. Any bike (with gears) will do, but you’ll need a cadence bike computer (for sure) and a Heart Rate Monitor/Power meter for best results and to track your improvement. Running shoes with speed laces (strongly recommended) are also required.
There is fully SAG support for each ride (i..e, support vehicle following the group)
NOTE: In order to provide each athlete with the required attention registration is limited to 20. Therefore, register quickly to ensure your spot!
Cost: $240.00 or 3 payments of $86.00.
All prices include GST.
You must be a valid STAC member to register.
In event of extreme weather such as lightening or hail, extreme humidity, snow storm, very cold weather and/or coach illness/or conflict, class will be rescheduled. Coach will notify you by text/email. Make up day and time is at coach’s discretion. There will be no credits or refunds if classes have to be changed or shortened in extreme weather for any reason.
Must have at least 10 people confirmed to run the session.
No refunds/transfers/make-ups will be given once you pay your fee’s, regardless of any circumstances. Payment is due the first day of class. Accept Credit Card (Online), Paypal, Etransfer, Cash.
If you have not filled out forms for 2018 Please read! You will be required to fill out a consent form with GET ACTIVE questionnaire (please check one of the boxes at end about participating) and bring it with you to the first class or scan it in advance if you will need clearance from your physician first. No forms=no participation! If you are Pregnant, you must take the PAR-PREGNANCY form to your doctor and have them fill it out and sign it. Please let me know in advance if you will have to do this.
