Strength and Mobility Training - BE STRONG. Move well. Perform better.
This session is specifically designed to develop your strength, range of motion, and stability using strength and functional movements using Foundation Training and Mov Nat principles to help improve your strength, movement, and performance! Posture, lifting, balancing, flexibility, and stability will be emphasized at every session.
Every session you will be given a movement of the week to practice to help build your strength and movement skill while away from our training time together.
This is real strength and movement to help you perform in the real world.
When: 2 weekly sessions to choose from Monday Evenings (6:30-7:30pm) and Thursday Mornings (6:00-7:00am)
Dates: April 29th, May 6th, 13th, June 17th, 24th, July 8th, 15th, 22nd
Dates: May 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, June 13th, 20th, 27th, July 11th, 18th

If you have not filled out forms for 2018 Please read! You will be required to fill out a Liability Consent form and Health Screen Questions. No forms=no participation! If you answer YES to any question on the PAR-Q you must let your coach know before beginning the 1st session. If you are Pregnant, you must take the PAR-PREGNANCY form to your doctor and have them fill it out and sign it. Please let me know in advance if you will have to do this.
