✅ 1x 30 minute Zoom meeting per month with your coach to review your progress

✅ Race preparation coaching session

✅ Adjustments for time schedule changes, recovery, and injury

✅ Nutrition guidance for your performance needs

✅ Strength recommendations, mobility, and sport-specific training plan via mobile/desktop app

✅ Coach analysis of your training to ensure you are making progress/staying on track

✅ Fitness assessments to ensure you are training and racing at the proper pace and effort

✅ Option to send us a video of your running form to receive suggested technique improvements

✅ Monthly group education session (virtual via zoom or email)
