Group Cycling & Brick (Bike to Run) Sessions
Specific cycling and bike-to-run transition training to get you stronger, fitter, and ready to race. Safety vehicle and live coaching for in person sessions.
Wednesday Brick Session: 6:30-7:45pm (May 10th - June 21st, 2023 - 6 sessions) - No Session June 7th, 2023. Location South Plains Service Road (East Regina-South Plains Service Road - Location map link here)
Saturday Long Group Ride (with optional run off the bike): ~6:00-9:30am (May 6th - June 24th, 2023 - 8 sessions) - No Session June 10th.
Where: Local Roads Around Regina and Surrounding Area.

NOTE: There will be a safety vehicle supporting the group for all rides. Depending on weather conditions there may be a session done indoors via Zoom. Each virtual session is recorded and will be made available for you to access if you can’t make a session.
Structure:
Coach Patrick will lead you through:
80 minutes (Wednesdays) of bike run training (multiple bike to run transitions within a session to help you master running strong off the bike)
~3-4 hour ride (Saturdays) - Coaching strength and endurance intervals, bike handling, long ride nutrition, hydration, and riding technique). Optional 15-20 minute run following the ride.
*Start and finish times can be varied based on weather conditions and your ability.
Cost:
Wednesdays - $120 or $43.00 monthly (for 3 Payments)
Saturdays - $160 or $55 monthly (for 3 payments)
Register for BOTH Wednesday and Saturday - $270.00 (or $90.00 monthly for 3 payments)

Details
Building race specific fitness on the bike is the emphasis of this session. The focus of these sessions will be developing your skill, fitness, pacing, and nutrition and hydrations strategy to the highest level so you are ready to race when the opportunity arises.
Equipment needed -Riders will be responsibile to bring there own bike repair kits, and fuel. Please bring bike, helmet, cycling clothing appropriate for the weather, rear bike light (mandatory), front bike light, bike shoes, running shoes and gear. Must be able to sustain 20km/hr for 3 hours in ideal conditions.
Endurance Journey will provide a structure training session to follow for these rides based on your ability. Safety vehicle will be available for the ride to support the riders.
All riders must be members of the Saskatchewan Triathlon Association for the 2023 season prior to the first session. You can purchase your yearly membership here.
NOTE: In event of extreme weather such as lightening or hail, heavy rain, strong winds (over 40 km/hour) extreme humidity, snow storm, very cold weather and/or power outage, coach illness/or conflict, a virtual training session will be provided with video instruction. Coach will notify you by text/email. There will be no credits or refunds if sessions have to be changed or shortened in extreme weather for any reason.
Must have at least 10 people confirmed to run the session.
Run Technique and Form Clinic
Live in person coaching to help you become and stronger runner with better technique so you can run more efficiently.
THIS CLINIC IS FOR ALL ABILITY LEVELS OF RUNNER
Where: Douglas Park
When: Tuesdays 5:30-6:40am.
May 9th/23 to June 20th/23 (6 weeks). Training session provided to do on your own June 6th/23.
Includes a 10 week (3 training running days per week) program
Session Format:
Warm-up: includes dynamic/mobility exercises (approx. 30 minutes)
Main Set: approx. 30 minutes of run form and strength sets.
Hip/Glute/Core Strength+Mobility: approx. 15 minutes
*Please remember to bring water and a watch or some timing mechanism. Please have a mat/towel for strength and mobility.

No refunds/transfers/make-ups will be given once you pay your fee’s, regardless of any circumstances.
Strength And Mobility Training - BE STRONG. Move Well. Perform Better.
This session is specifically designed to develop your strength, range of motion, and stability using strength and functional movements using Foundation Training and strength training principles to help improve your strength, movement, and performance! Posture, lifting, balancing, flexibility, and stability will be emphasized at every session.
Every session you will be given a movement of the week to practice to help build your strength and movement skill while away from our training time together. These are great sessions to do prior to your main endurance session of the week (swim, bike, run, etc). Each session will be recorded so if you can’t make the schedule session a recording of it will be made available to you.
This is real strength and movement to help you perform in the real world.
When:
Mondays 5:30am-6:10am April 25th - June 19th 2023 (Virtually via Zoom)
Thursdays 5:30am-6:20am April 27th - June 22nd, 2023 (In person at Fix Athletics)
No session May 22rd, June 5th, June 8th. Recorded follow along video sessions will be sent to your to complete on these days where there are no scheduled classes.
