How To Use The Calculator
Select the run distance you completed for your assessment (3km - metric or 2 miles - imperial)
Enter your average running pace (min:sec per mile or min:sec per km) for your run and average heart rate. For example, if your finish time for the 3km run was 15 minutes and 30 seconds your average pace would be 5 minutes and 10 seconds per kilometre. If you finished the 2 mile run in 15 minutes and 30 seconds your average pace would be 7 minutes and 45 seconds per mile.
