Group Virtual Livestream Bike/Strength Sessions (45 Minutes & 2 hours INDOOR)

Live coached sessions (via Zwift and/or Zoom) designed to help you become a fitter and stronger cyclist. Incorporating excellent cycling specific fitness building sessions with a strength and mobility focused warm up to help you become strong and resilient this winter!

When:

Tuesdays: 6:00-6:45pm (January 10th - March 28th, 2023 - 11 sessions) - No Session February 21st, 2023.

Thursdays: 6:00-6:45pm (January 10th - March 28th, 2023 - 11 sessions) - Recording for January 26th, No Session February 21st, 2023.

Saturdays: 6:30-9:00am (October 1st to December 17th - 12 sessions) - Recording provided on February 25th (no in person session) .

Where: From your home - Via Zoom, Zwift, Trainer Road

Equipment needed - Indoor sessions - bike, indoor trainer, mat, dumbbell/Kettlebell (preferred) internet connection and viewing device (phone, laptop, tablet, computer), hydration as needed.

Structure:

Coach Patrick will lead you through:

~15 minutes of warm up activation and strength work, followed by either;

  • 30-40 mins (Tuesdays and Thursdays - Strength and Power Intervals) or,

  • ~2 hour ride (Saturdays - strength and endurance intervals)

Stretch and breathing cool down 5-10 minutes.

Zwift and Trainer Road Options will be available as well for the virtual sessions.

Each session is recorded and will be made available for you to access if you can’t make a session.

Cost:

Tuesdays or Thursdays - $79.00 or $28.00 monthly (for 3 payments)

Saturdays - $170 or $59 monthly (for 3 payments)

Run Technique and Form Clinic

Live in person coaching to help you become and stronger runner with better technique so you can run more efficiently.

THIS CLINIC IS FOR ALL ABILITY LEVELS OF RUNNER

Where: Regina Fieldhouse

When: Wednesdays - January 11th/23 to March 29th /23 (11 weeks)

5:30-6:40am. No session February 22nd.

Includes a 11 week (3 training running days per week) program

Session Format:

Warm-up: includes dynamic/mobility exercises (approx. 30 minutes)

Main Set: approx. 30 minutes of run form and strength sets.

Hip/Glute/Core Strength+Mobility: approx. 15 minutes
*Please remember to bring water and a watch or some timing mechanism. Please have a mat/towel for strength and mobility.

This session is specifically designed to develop your strength, range of motion, and stability using strength and functional movements. Move better, get stronger, become more resilient!

Posture, lifting, balancing, flexibility, and stability will be emphasized at every session.

Every session you will be given a movement of the week to practice to help build your strength and movement skill while away from our training time together.

When:

Mondays 5:30am-6:10am (Virtual - done via Zoom) - Jan 9th to March 27th/23 (11 sessions). No Session February 20th.

Thursdays 5:30am-6:20am (In person Fix Athletics - 1238 Lorne St #6, Regina). January 12th - March 30th/23 (11 sessions). No Session February 23rd.
